General Provisions & Product Safety (GPSR)
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all purchase orders submitted via our online store.

Product Safety (GPSR)
All products offered comply with EU General Product Safety Regulations (EU) 2023/988. Product descriptions include manufacturer details, EU responsible person (if applicable), and safety warnings in the delivery country language. Please read all safety instructions before use.
Order Formation (Binding Contract)
The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalog (invitation to treat).
Order Process:
1. By clicking the "Pay now" or "Complete order" button, you place a binding order for the goods in your cart.
2. The contract is formed only when we send you a separate "Order Confirmation" email or dispatch the goods.
3. An automated "Order Receipt" email does not constitute acceptance of your offer.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock issues prior to confirmation.
Prices and Payment (Omnibus Directive)
Prices are listed in EUR, GBP, or USD depending on your region.
Omnibus Directive
In case of discounts, we display the lowest price from the last 30 days prior to the promotion.
Accepted Payment Methods:
Your payment details are not stored by us but processed by licensed payment service providers.

Customs & Import Taxes — Who Pays?
🛒 For Consumers (B2C)
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
We cover applicable import duties and customs fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price. You should not be charged extra upon delivery.
🏢 For Business Customers (B2B)
DAP (Delivered At Place)
You are the importer of record. You are responsible for paying any applicable import duties, VAT, and clearance fees (e.g., HMRC in the UK or CBP in the US).
Order Cancellation by the Seller & Product Availability
We make every effort to ensure all products are available and meet our high-quality standards. However, as we manufacture our goods, unforeseen production issues may arise.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel the order (withdraw from the contract) if:
a) the product is unavailable due to production constraints or material shortages,
b) the product turns out to be defective prior to shipment and cannot be replaced within a reasonable time,
c) the manufacturer is unable to fulfill the order due to causes beyond reasonable control (Force Majeure).
💰 Full Refund Guarantee
In the event of such cancellation, the Seller will immediately inform the Customer via email.
The Customer will receive a full refund of the total amount paid, including shipping costs, without undue delay (no later than within 14 days).
No further compensation claims shall apply beyond the full refund.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal (90 Days Policy)

Extended Return Policy
76 days more than required by law!
Statutory Right (UK/EU): Under UK and EU law, consumers have 14 days to cancel the contract without giving any reason.
Our Voluntary Extension: We voluntarily extend your right to return goods to 90 days from the date of delivery.
Conditions for Extended Return (Day 15-90):
• Items must be returned in their original condition
• Items must be unused and undamaged
• Items must include original packaging (where possible)
Return Costs
Direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the Customer.
Refunds: We will reimburse payments (excluding express shipping costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Exceptions — No Return Right for:
Products made to customer specifications or clearly personalized (e.g., embroidered tipi, custom-sized cocoon).
Warranty and Liability (UK Customers)
Consumer Rights Act 2015:
For consumers in the UK, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.
If a product is faulty, you have the right to:
• Within 30 days: Full refund if goods are faulty
• Within 6 months: Repair or replacement; refund if repair fails
• Up to 6 years: You may be entitled to some money back
Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability (US Customers)
This section applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law (specifically for US customers).
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS, OUR PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELLER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PRODUCTS.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
For Consumers:
These Terms are governed by Polish law. However, if you are a consumer residing in the UK or USA, you retain the benefit of any mandatory protections given to you by the laws of your country of residence.
For Businesses:
Exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes shall be the courts competent for the Seller's registered seat in Poland.
