1. The Promoter: The contest is organised and promoted by the Wild Folks brand. Full legal details of the Promoter can be found in §10 of these Terms.

2. Nature of the Contest: This is a skill-based competition. It is not a lottery, prize draw, or game of chance. Winners are selected solely based on the creativity, emotion, and quality of the submitted photo, evaluated by a Jury.

3. Duration: The contest is continuous and operates in monthly cycles, starting from 1 February 2026, until further notice. Entries are accepted throughout the entire calendar month. Results are announced by the 7th day of the following month.

4. Termination: The Promoter reserves the right to terminate the contest at any time by providing 30 days' notice on the Instagram profile and website. All entries submitted prior to the termination date will be evaluated.

1. Entrant: The contest is open to any adult (Parent/Legal Guardian) residing in the United Kingdom (UK) or the European Union (excluding Italy due to local restrictions).

2. Product Requirement: To enter, you must own a Wild Folks product (e.g., cocoon, swing), which must be visible in the submitted photo.

3. Entry Limit: One person may submit one entry per month. You are welcome to participate again in subsequent months with a different photo.

The mission is simple: capture the emotion of the first (or hundredth!) swing.

STEP 1: TAKE A PHOTO
Take an aesthetic photo of a child (or children) using a Wild Folks product. We are looking for emotions, joy, and that special "wild" atmosphere. Photos may show faces (smiles are welcome!), but if you prefer to maintain anonymity, shots from behind or detailed close-ups are equally wonderful.

STEP 2: SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY (Choose one method)
OPTION A (Instagram): Post the photo on your public profile. In the caption, add the hashtag #FirstSwing and tag @wildandfolks.
OPTION B (E-mail): Send the photo to hello@wildfolks.eu with the subject line "FirstSwing Contest". Please include your Instagram handle in the email (if you have one).

STEP 3: CLAIM YOUR WELCOME GIFT
After we verify your entry (usually within 48h), you will receive a message from us with a welcome gift!

1. Each month, our Jury selects 1 Winning Photo.

2. Evaluation Criteria (Scale 0-30 points):
CREATIVITY (0-10) — Composition, lighting, and the idea behind the shot.
EMOTIONS (0-10) — Does the photo capture the pure joy of childhood?
QUALITY (0-10) — Overall aesthetics and visual appeal ("Wild Aesthetics").

3. The Jury's decision is final and binding.

GUARANTEED REWARD (FOR EVERY VALID ENTRY):
Every participant who submits a valid entry receives:
1. A feature in the "Wild Family" gallery on our website (building our community!).
2. A surprise gift included with the next order.

MAIN PRIZE (1 WINNER PER MONTH):
The author of the best photo of the month receives:
A voucher worth 500 PLN (approx. £100 / €120, depending on the exchange rate) for shopping at Wild Folks, with a personal dedication — also ideal as a gift for loved ones.
The voucher is valid for 12 months and can be used on all products, including sale items.

The estimated maximum value of the prize package is approx. £115 / €135 gross.

1. Announcement: The winner will be announced on Instagram (Stories/Post) and via newsletter by the 7th of the following month.

2. Contact: We will contact the Winner via Instagram DM or email. You have 14 days to confirm acceptance.

3. Delivery: The Voucher (digital code) will be sent electronically within 7 days of confirmation. Fast and eco-friendly!

4. No Response: If the Winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next runner-up selected by the Jury.

1. Poland: The prize value is exempt from income tax in Poland (under Art. 21 par. 1 item 68 of the PIT Act).

2. UK & EU: Entrants are responsible for any local tax implications. Note for UK Residents: Prizes won in open, skill-based competitions are generally not subject to Income Tax or Capital Gains Tax in the UK.

1. Data Processing: We process your data (Instagram handle, email) solely to run the contest and deliver prizes, in accordance with GDPR/UK GDPR. We do not collect personal data of children.

2. Image Rights (Important): By submitting a photo (via hashtag or email), you declare that you are the author of the photo and that you have the necessary consent (e.g., as a parent/guardian) to publish and share the image of any persons (including children) visible in the photo.

3. Licence: You grant Wild Folks a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost and feature your photo on our channels (Instagram, Facebook, website, newsletter) for contest-related and community-building purposes.

4. You can request the removal of your photo from our gallery at any time by emailing hello@wildfolks.eu.

1. Any complaints regarding the contest can be sent to hello@wildfolks.eu (we respond within 14 days).
2. These Terms & Conditions are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in the entrant's country of residence (e.g., UK Consumer Rights Act).
