Wild Folks hoppers are recommended from around 3 years of age, for children who can already sit and bounce while keeping their balance. The toy should always be used under adult supervision, taking into account the child’s individual abilities.
No. The hopper can also be used as a soft pouffe, part of an obstacle course, support in balance exercises, or even as a “cuddly friend”. Children often turn it into a ship, a whale, a planet or a mysterious magic ball in their pretend play.

Yes, just deflate the ball and remove it from the cover. You can safely put it in the washing machine, but choose a mild detergent that is safe for your child's skin. Do not use bleach or tumble dry. Avoid high temperatures – maximum 40 degrees to prevent the fabric from shrinking.
Yes, we use soft, upholstery-type fabrics chosen with delicate children’s skin in mind. The inner ball is made from safe, certified material intended for use in toys.
The hopper has a load capacity of up to 300 kg, so it can handle energetic play as well as occasional “adult testing”. Once the weight is removed, the ball returns to its original shape.

The safest option is a flat, even, non-slip surface – for example a rug, play mat or carpet. We do not recommend jumping on slippery panels or tiles, or near stairs and furniture with sharp edges.
Yes, it can occasionally be used outside on a dry, even surface (grass, mat, terrace). After play, it’s best to bring it back indoors so the fabric and inner ball are not exposed to moisture and UV light for too long.
If the inner ball is damaged, please contact us – we will help you find a solution. Any other exercise ball can be used for the cover, as long as it has a diameter of at least 42 cm.
